• A valid card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

• Please ensure your contact details (email & phone number) are accurate to receive your booking confirmation and appointment details.

• Kindly select the appropriate service and time when booking to ensure a seamless experience.

• A booking deposit of $50.00 USD would be charged to your card at the time of reservation. 

• Clients are kindly requested to be ready at the scheduled appointment time to ensure a seamless, uninterrupted experience.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a 50% deposit fee.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no call/no shows will incur a 100% deposit fee.
